This mixed use residential, retail and leisure development is set to reinvigorate the area in Melbourne’s inner north-west suburbs.

Located in a burgeoning development precinct, the project is designed to drive foot traffic to the area and reawaken the local area.

The 2,172sqm site hosts two separate multi-level buildings linked by pedestrian bridges. There is a 16-storey residential tower and a five-storey arcade. Ground level retail spaces, upper level car parking and a 12-screen cinema complete the vibrant hub.

Four laneways perforate the site, offering an intimate world of thoroughfares and ‘things to be revealed.’ An expanded laneway opens up into a bustling alfresco dining precinct, whilst Penny Lane is heavily activated with a range of independent retail tenancies.

Paved in bluestone from the Victorian era, the lanes are reminiscent of Melbourne’s famous CBD laneways, creating physical and community connectivity for residents, shoppers and visitors.
