The retail sector has always been in a constant state of evolution, but there is no doubt that COVID has expeditated the paradigm shift that was already underway in the thinking around retail: it’s viability, the psychology of the shopper, and the need for it to adapt and survive.

In the article featured in ArchitectureNow’s 2020 in Review: Top 5 discussions’, we explore post-pandemic design and the future of retail.
